For those who've had some slot-head adventures

...like myself.  Specimen Products chief Ian Schneller posted some nice shots from one of his guitar builds.  A *real* guitar, but definitely influences my next slot head build-- and a better jigsaw than my 19.99 ryobi might be involved as well.

Sure is!  Ian's been a luthier here in Chicago for a while, but he's really starting to get some recognition in the last few years.  I built a Tweed Deluxe replica in one of his amp classes a few years ago and that's the direction I was going in until recently.  But when you can build a CBG for less than the cost of one NOS vacuum tube--  my inner cheapskate really comes out!
