Yep, to my old abused ears that sounds good for the guitar you described. Not played on my phone but through the sound system via my computer.

Have you had someone play the guitar for you, acoustic guitars can sound different to the listener. I just finished an acoustic guitar and have been playing it in over a week, and the sound slowly got better to my liking, but when a mate played it back to me it sounded even better than a thought.

Playing with fingers as you did gives a warmer sound. Silk and steel strings give a warmer sound if I remember correctly, but that will not lower the plain string's bright response.

Your demo sounded good to me.
