Looking for Tacoma Cigar box builder

I bought a guitar from a nice gentleman in Tacoma about 3-4 years ago, and now I’m trying to contact him since the jack needs to be fixed. It’s a My Father Cigars box, it has a number #126 written on the back with a sharpie. Looks like It was made 2015. Any help is appreciated.

should not be hard to replace the jack. I would think the local music shop that repairs instruments would be able to do it. If you can solder it is only 2 wires.

Yeah, I can solder - the problem is the box is glued shut.

Use a Heat gun or Hair dryer to loosen it up?
