What a beautiful batch of relics! I love each one! You can tell an Uncle John just like fine Cigar. Those were the brands of my childhood too. And I used to strut around downtown Minneapolis back in the 50’s smoking a stogie while delivering illustrations for the art studios. Wing tip shoes, suit, vest, tie. The works. My dad was “an ad man” working for the big agencies of the day. That gave me the “ins” to studio work in my high school summers and art school days.

Nice, did u ever come across any plastic bakelite boxes? I had a collection of those in my teens, they were swirled like tortoise shell. Thanx 4 sharing uncle, I like how each one’s paired with a slide

I like those builds.  Mid-50's, yep, got my cigar box for keeping secret coding rings, foreign coins, etc.

A fine set UJ.,,.Tobacco ads were outlawed at some point on TV.,,I remember plenty of Marlboro commercials though.,.Dutchmasters and Philly Blunts were some of the awful brands I remember.,,now it seems there are 100+ brands at the old cigar store.,.,
