Already replied but i didn't have a picture of my steel spacer i bought at tractor supply. so attached are a picture of my 5/8 steel spacer and my 14mm socket(cut down w/hacksaw) i paid 2.19 for the spacer and got the socket on clearance for 2.48. Thanks Tractor Supply co.

Those spacers look good and like good fits.  Gonna sit down and play some slide here in a bit and use my rediscovered socket slide.

My favourite is self made from a brass fitting from local building merchant. It has polished side and a rough side. Its heavy, but thats ok. And it costs 5 Euros ....

I , like mant slide players have a whole box of slides, some I like better than others. This was the basis for me starting my company back in 1998. After proto types and field testing, that continues even toady, I finally can say I offer a pretty cool fasmily of sonic tools for the questing slideplayer. www.rockymountainslides.com will either really excite you....or scare the living *^*^&*^U&&%!!!! out of you, LOL!!! So mant chioces and colors and starting this Spring 2017 I'll be able to laser etch almost any design on youuuuur slide for a really personal Tone Toy!!!!
