Carnuba wax?

Have any of you used carnuba wax on cigarboxguitars?

I have a big tin of it

I thought Car-nuba was for Cars? lol

I've used furniture paste wax from Low-Depot on some other woodworking projects, takes a few days to properly cure, so maybe take some scrap wood and give it a test?

Carnauba wax is a very good finisher for wood, but apply it sparingly and buff it immediatly small areas at a time, can be applied with fine steel wool as a pad if it is more solid than liquid, it can create some side effects, ie dermatitis etc, but rarely
