piezo size?

Does the piezo size make a difference, and if so, in what ways? Y'all have been a great help!

I have tried the 20 and 27 mm I have to say the 20mm are tinny and the 27mm are as well just not as much so.  I just put 2 27mm disks in my Gordy and wow what a smooth rich sound.  they are wired parallel and on each side of the bridge less than two inches apart.  That made a difference big time over a single.
