Thanks Jamie - it's a new trick and I'm quite an old dog !!  I'll have another play with mixing tomorrow and see how it goes.  I've never got on with computer-based recording but this device feels much more natural.

Yeah, it has loads of drum patterns and amp effects built in and there's also drum loops on the SD card that I could play with if I knew how to do that sort of thing.  You can also make your own drum loops using the pads on the machine.  It's a lot more clever than me :-\
