When Spongebob went to the edge he was never the same again.

Showcasing my new slide "The Edge" on the acoustic six string (Spongebob as I've affectionately come to call him) tuned open D.

Massive compliments there Richard. You've made this ol' fella smile from ear to ear. You're right too, I do need to trim the beard lol. The hat's staying but the bush needs taming! Thanks very much for your comment. That's going to spur me on for a good while! :o)

Pretty impressive slide on a six string. I've tried it on a my six string, but the raccoons threatened me! Nice combo of picking and sliding. During the break you could trim the beard Ha! You definitely have that blues look, yes vote on the hat and shirt!

Thanks Jim. Getting all the good compliments on this one! I appreciate them all so thanks again. I'll have to use said hat when I go busking in the future lol.

Thanks James O. I bet listening to your Dad playing with one was a treat. I love the old time blues and this seemed like a good way to honour that history, your Dad included now too.

Thanks Uncle John. I got the hat on holiday for Dani's 50th birthday and I think I'm going to have to incorporate it into the image now. I've got a couple of great jackets that scream the blues but need to loose a bit of the blubber first. There's incentive!

Wow Dave. There's a huge compliment! The piece of paper that comes in the tube packaging gives the history of using the pocketknife or straight razor in the early days which is something else I love about it. Not heard of a jackknife (other than to do with trucks ending up doing so) but I'll have to look that up now.

Thanks again Uncle John and Dave.
