Juju - not that busy - just had a bit of time to finish off things I have had on the go now I am on holiday.

John - thanks for the heads up on the file corruption stuff.  It seemed to have sorted itself out so I had stopped thinking about it, but funnily it stopped happening just around the time we got a new computer.  coincedence?  I don't think so.
