Thanks Uncle John. Just a scale I learned from watching a YouTube video by Del Puckett. It does sound relaxing though. Problem is that every time I play it I get so relaxed that I feel stoned lol.

You know, Uncle John, I bought myself a harp and an instructional course/booklet thingy a while back but I have trouble with my breathing even trying to speak full sentences sometimes, thanks to an abdominal hernia. Unfortunately the harp is out of reach for now but who knows what the future may bring?!

Bear, for some reason I think you would like playing some harp.  If you have or get one, there are quite a few lessons on youtube.  Jack's Harmonica page has a lot of tablature.  Good wishes to you, Dani, and your shirt.
