Have not posted one of my songs in a while. I'm working on my Bob song and slapped this together along with Keep Away. I wrote this Watching Stubs and Lefty swim around

rtz,    i  actually  saw a custom  bass   done  like that    the other day  .  it  looked  real good  ,,

lol  ...  and  i    did  seriously    wonder  if they   saw  my  frame   first . it was  just  too  close  .

Thanks Vinnie yes its a swamp witch.

I have always thought that the best songs are simple. John Prine  , Townes Van Zandt  and Neil Young

It Take a lot of energy to sing and play R&R,I can't sit and play very long so I'm starting to piece songs together cut and paste style

I use to try and play and sing everything in one take with just a static drum track then play the other instruments then finish the drums.

pick I was thinking of making one without the ply just a frame with the neck through it.

I like the rough design of the S.W. some people don't get it. I sanded the edges of the ply and a little on the corner where your arm hit but it great just like you sent it.

Thanks John, I only have the lyrics written on a piece of paper have not typed it up yet for some reason its on the back of the lyrics to Sanitarium Blues, and the leads a Swamp Witch and some thing I dialed up on a digitech pedal.

yeah  rtz  , i  use  1x2s   for the  frame  , same  size as the neck.

your  method    would be a much  more  prettier   look  . and great  for a new  guitar model  .

but  " prettty "   for me ,,  would  defeat the look  of the barn board  work truck  the    swampys   got   goin  on  .

  ;-)

Just really fine.   Feel good.  Really fin.   What is that on the solo?   Sounds neat.  Yup.  Merle was right.   Would be cool to see these good lyrics.

Thanks Guys, pick I got one of these I want to make a frame guitars with. Hope I don't infringe. I have made a few cabinets. If the frame is wide enough you can do miters.

Very nice song, superbly sung. Those fish look so harmless but seeing the remains of one of your house guests lying there, they are obviously more threatening than they look. Be careful next time you feed them.
