the only thing  i  learned  in   high  school  was  in  science  class  ,

Very well, said, Mr. Pick.  You didn't go to high school for nothing!   (That's not meant to offend either, it is just something I tell friends when they say or do something wise or smart - they may be a HS dropout or  have several college degrees).

If anyone is offended it is likely some overly sensitive black or some 'white pissed off and  NARROW minded liberal.

That git and theme depicts an era of poverty, making do, and working to better ones self.   Or maybe just working for something to eat or a shot of booze.   And it represents having no guitar and making one with what was at hand.  That is dear to my heart.

UJ  i  doubt  it  would  offend anyone    but those  looking   real  hard  to  be   offended  .

it depicts an era  when   such  an occupation  was sometimes  the  only  much needed  income some   white  and  black  households  had  .  not  dissimilar   to    the  cbg  itself .

it  surly  was  not  meant  to    offend  . and i  surly  hope  it  doesn't.

This would surely offend somebody.   Hard to get something good that doesn't!

It took me a minute or two of listening and looking to decide.  I like it.

Pretty much inspired.
