Finished this guitar amp a couple of days ago and wanted to let you all hear it. No effects but some natural overdrive from cheap speakers.

Thanks Derek. I’d definitely say this is an amp you’ll be hearing much, much more from in the future. Glad you liked the demo. First time I’ve tried talking while playing and while I had a hiccup at one point I’m pleasantly surprised with how well it went. Thanks again my friend

Thanks Andries. You’re a good friend and I appreciate your constant support more than I can say.

Thanks Danny. Not as loud as I thought 30 watts would be but I’m the first to say I know next to nothing about building amps. Glad you like it though. That makes me smile.

Thanks Bob. Glad you like it. Nothing fancy like effects built in but I did enjoy watching the video back and hearing that natural overdrive. Really glad to hear you thought it sounded good. Another smile on my face there!

 Thanks again all. Much appreciated!

Very Nice Bear, and ditto Dave's Mellow Blues comment!,  :-)

Thanks Dave. Definitely helps that it can be laid down like it is in this video. It really is bed friendly. Coincidentally, I think the way it sounds in this video is the best I’ve ever had it sounding. I finished the build a couple of days ago now and I’ve only played it upright and opened up quite a bit like a book. Seems putting my piece of wood I use to prop it open laying flat so the lid is barely open gives it a much better sound so I learned something making this video too.

Thanks again good sir. Your kind words are, as ever, very much appreciated.

Hi Dave. Sorry, I should have mentioned that. This is using the 2 x 15 watt stereo amp board. I haven’t built anything with the Kemo unit yet, though I have made a start on it. Thanks for asking so I could comment on this question.

Bear :o)
