Thanks for the info Randy - just about a tutorial.  I don; have a band saw.   Will inventory my fingers first and proceed to improvise.

When i make my carved bone bridges, i cut the bone length wise on my bandsaw, then flat sand the bottom on my beltsander. Take my dremel with a straight sided carving bit and start to carve out the saddle. The flip it around and chamber out for the piezo`s. I use 2 - 41mm disc piezo`s cut oblong to fit it the chamber. Wire up the 2 cut piezo`s - parallel then hot glue on the bone, push the disc on, wait and hot glue over the disc`s. Then attach the exotic wood end caps.

Chunky funky good. Like the guitar and especially the neck.

 

I have a bone that JP Swenson gave me.   Maybe time to see of I can cut it.  Any tips?
