I'm getting excited to try one of some similar nature. The fingerboard would be the key. But, I'm out of coconuts...

Thanks Dave. I'm in the process of redoing it with a radiused fingerboard so I can play fingered notes a little easier. We'll see how that goes.

Nice version, Jim.Lovely wee instrument. You capture the "down home" feel of Doc Boggs very well. I love The Cuckoo,Pretty Polly etc. Always been drawn to minor keys.
I grew up listening to Bert Janch and John Renbourne, learning their numbers best ah could. John covered this song as I Ain't Got No Sugar Baby Now.The Cuckoo as well :)

Fantastic rendition. The rehab sounds great. I love the dock bogus version of this.
