Steve, if I was going to blow 3 grand on an amp it would probably be one of them.  In reality, I'm better off sticking with what I have and spending the money on lessons or beer, either of which will make me think my playing is getting better !

Original '59 Bassman ?  Just sell all your other amps and buy one of them.  Great amp and loads of free space in one easy move :-)  You may need to sell your car too, but that's a small price to pay !

Thanks Spaw and Glyogigly...as I said below we got a 30min storm with lighhtening as I was recording this...4 real!

I was beginning to think putting these tow together could be a danger!..

Spaw what amp do you use?...my brain (called brian) is now switching to fender blues junior or hot rod delux...as the holy grail..

would I be correct in my diagnosis?....
