I did post this song some years back but without the Mississippi saxophone and done a bit differently.

Check out the spoon lady on youtube.

Thanks, Pick.

LOL, Andries on the volume and Bear's recent low volume offer.  That nice guitar was made by an artist named Michael Ballerini - Delvero here on CBN.   He really builds some cool stuff.  I think it was a 3 when I got it.  Andries, I always end the songs like that.

Thanks, Mr. Carl.  True what you said.  But more often, the opposite.

Dave and AGP, I do hear what you mean on the distortion.   I like it here. but likely should have tried an acoustic or clean amp setting.   (Roland Micro-Cube)

LOL, Dave.  And I likely need amp lessons!

Thanks, Richard.  I do think the song is a keeper.

Bless you Uncle, a sweet song about a common sense woman, the spoon lady, and a badly needed rifle, if I connect the dots right. You had the guitar amped up pretty high, but the emphasis was this beautiful little song of love, simplicity, and respect. Everything a happy man needs for sure! I felt for a moment during the harp and guitar I was listening to Neil Young in his After the Gold Rush era! Great song!

Wow you guys Talking about Abby the Spoon Lady. She's awesome! I just became aware of her. I watched her for an hour on YouTube. Neat she has a set of your spoons Jim. Uncle, I like your play and harp. I'm not a big fan of heavy distortion but coming from your hands it's ok. I'm with AGP. You screwed up and sing the song of redemption :*)
