Yeah RTZ, I just wish a little more had rubbed off on me. Never saw Root Boy but did see the other guys numerous times. I used to play in a place called Sam's Crab House. Food, live music and dancing. Sam used to like to tell how he had to fire Danny."He'd bring in a good size crowd but they were all musicians wanting to hear Danny. They'd sneak in their own booze, wouldn't spend any money and wouldn't tip the waitresses" 

Roy supposedly hung himself in a cell after being arrested on alcohol related stuff but there's some dispute about that as often happens. Now I'm gettin' sad again thinking about these great players being gone. At least Link is still playing as far as I know.

Well that explains a lot about you being from that area, listening to those guys. Your lucky to have seen them. Great melting pot for guitar players. Danny was one of the best ever to hold a guitar.

Do they really know what happen to Roy.?

Did you ever see Root Boy Slim ?

Been to the PsycheDelly ?

Gonna have to get a few of those pickups
