Christmas moan song:

I work hard and pay my taxes
We now get emails and no faxes
Times a changing costs increase
Wish my wages were not fleeced
Tax for this and tax for that
They'd even tax you for your hat
I pay them all ,as I try to be good
Perhaps I got it wrong or misunderstood
But what is left don't pay my bills
Not any left to buy me thrills
The kids won't stave on beans alone
Canvasser can't call ,as they cut off my phone
I Feel for those at christmas alone
As the radio blares out stories and moans
Storied of individual with the choice of heat or eat
Left alone with no one to greet
Think of them as you eat your turkey
Whilst others still have to workey
For double pay is but a gift
Perhaps a bonus and a lift
Bring some cheer to all not doing so well
It'll soon be Christmas ,so lets make it just swell.
