basicly ,   its a little  on board amp     .. and the speaker  is in  the  toilet  plunger ,,   add a hose   and the sound travels   up  the hose  to  your  mouth  ..  then you just moth the  words   etc  ...  the   sound from the speaker  is  your voice box  you  mouth  changing shape  forms  words  . 

you  dont actually    talk   or say anything out loud  .  same thing  peter frampton  used  ..     i think  he had a  piece of surgical  tube stretched over a speaker   .

lol,,  just a  speaker at the end  of a tube    leading to  your mouth  .  not that  scientific . ;-)
