A rare breed Jim. Too rare. I love poetry and story telling so I was naturally drawn to John Denver more but I absolutely recognise the brilliance of Mr Cohen. A great loss.

Thanks AGP. Hey, I played music last week with a young Aussie fellow who turned me on to the Mucky Duck Bush Band. Good stuff. The young guy is engaged to a friend of our's daughter. He lives way over in Perth.

R.I.P Mr Cohen. A poet to the masses and a singer's singer.

Great tribute Jim. Seems like we're losing so much great talent lately. A by-product of getting older when you see your childhood heroes going to the great beyond perhaps. Lots of holes left that are difficult to fill though.

Jim, I had never heard those verses before, so just maybe, other versus are out thetre, that are known.
