Beware the lick thieves Jim. They lurk in dark places and in the cold light of reality. Lucky for me they pass fumble fingers by. I keep my fickle finger hidden inside a ceramic hiding place. Nobody knows what that finger is up to in there. I don't know, that's for sure...

Well Cock, I only have two teeth left (canines) so the black face works in that regard. My mug is veiled like Jim said. I like the mystery idea. I think I'll roll with that...

I think the cinematography adds an element of mystery to your video,

Not unlike the films of Jean Cocteau?

And here I was thinking you were going for an artistic silhouette effect! Or trying to not let anyone steal the licks you were playing! I was thinking of doing the same thing just so no one would have to look at my mug while playing.Still lovin' the room acoustics there.

Don't hold back Andries. I appreciate the honest critique. I did change my setup due to the rooms ever changing furniture. Many classes happen there so it's always in flux. I'll make sure to proof my next one till I get the light right. A camera person would really help. I just lean my pad on the nearest object and hit the button. Hey, by the way, I don't see you playing in your video. Great photos and artwork, but where,s Andries? I gotta figure out the editing thing.

Thanks Andries. Sorry for the sillowette. My first take worked fine as far as lighting. But it viewed my crotch and cut off my head, so I angled the camera up and did take two. I played better on take two so went with that. I'll get better I suppose the more I do. It's tricky as I have no monitor to see what is going down. I don't know how too edit my vids either to add words, photos etc. like your great productions. Hell, I just learned how to get my videos on YouTube...
