Downriver
Downriver-taken from the new album 'Punk Northern and Blue.Available internationally from cdbaby/itunes/rhapsody/napster/amazon and all those kinda places.. ..The opportunity arose to do a vid for this track as BluesBeaten Redshaw was in the UK doing a few shows on the south coast.He joins me on washboard in the chorus on the album, so it kinda made sense to do a little film when we managed to get together for a day or two.Enjoy!

There are so many good things here - walking down to the river, the telephone mic, the washboard, the suitcase kick drum, the river and the camera work and you bring them together into a terrific video.

great guitar solo, wow. you are the only guy who could make, playing behind your back, and then with the teeth look cool. i also liked the part where the old lady punches you in the neck, did that hurt? does redshaw wear that dress a lot, cause it fits very well...?
