Thanks Unc. We had a music get together today up at the lake. It was great. Sean and Alexie came to picnic and pluck. FUN!

Mellow harp.  Oh that is a lovely folky banjer.  Nice, nice.

Hey Kale. The nut bowl banjo is a treat to play. The slimmer neck feels good this morning. I’ll bring it back to the lake today for more pickin fun.

Man that's a cool lookin' (and soundin') banjo. Is that a depiction of yourself on the slide?

No Andries. I’m the hardly working member on Nation. I love to play. It keeps me alive. You the man Andries. Our Dutch Master.  Your a little FUZZY though. Keep on fuzzin with us!

and my band mates made me stop using a plectrum or finger picks as I was too loud. Now I’m strictly fingers, except for mandolin... they allow a flat pick for that.

Andries The body is a nut bowl. It’s beautiful wood. My fat oak neck has a history with me. The long 16 ft. Oak cutoff ( about 2-3 inch) square board broke 2 of my ribs when it sprang into the air when I slipped on mud in my backyard and hooked the oak with my arm as I was going down. The oak sprang into the air off my wood stack and lanced me like a jousting knight. I made 3 guits from the wood. This is one of them. I call it a “revenge” neck.

your still having great wheather by the looks of it!  nice one Dave is that one of those saled bowls? AGP# also done a bunch of those! a great looker that all woody ! you can allways start making plectrums to strum whit ,but then again ,if there is no strumming power, you cant hold a pick eather!

Sill the hardest worker on the Nation! Play on Dave !
