Ha, Gmi tuning would be interesting. Had a fun jam last night with some friends and after a few beers we started messing around with duing familiar tunes in minor keys or in 3/4 time when they weren't supposed to be. Some of them worked - others not so much. Johnny B Goode in A was pretty interesting!

I like your version and I had never tried it yet.  I'm fooling around on my Sawzall dobro with the song now.

Thanks Eric. Yeah I don't like trying to make a song sound like what people are used to hearing. Sometimes it comes out pretty close if it fits my style other times not. I didn't want to stray too far since I was trying to show chris harris an easy way to play it. Check out Sammy Lloyd's version that he did last year. It's way slowed down and different from the original.

Thanks Jim!  Awesome.  I like the way you play it slower than the standard.  I'm inclined to slow it ever further myself to try it out.  I like messing with the tempo of covers to make them more like mine.
