Wow, how strange that the World War 1 is now 100 years ago yet the timeline for President Lincoln was only 50 years prior to that. Somehow fools around with the concept of time. Lovely tune Jim and although I'm British, I can sense the sense the pride in your nations history stirring in you folks.

Yes he really was a cat lover Jim he would play with them for hours in fact he had a tabby he fed with a gold fork loved that cat~ He suffered from horrible headaches most of his life I think it most likely calmed to play and pet his cats him took him away from all the stress. MewMewMeowwwwww^.^

Thanks Nancy. My state (WV) was formed in 1863 when we split from Virginia to officially side with the Union. 12 years ago when I moved here is when I started getting interested in the history of this era. I didn't pay attention in history class a long time ago so it was all pretty new info to me. They never told us Lincoln was a cat lover!
