Thanks Ron.  Your evaluation of my shirt is itself an assumption.  The back says the cat is not dead.  But you can't see that. . .

The silver thingy is the Punch label.  No reso but it gets that sound from the aluminum tailpiece I used.  Truthfully, I hate the tone and the mic doesn't pick up the worst elements.  It all comes from that angle aluminum I bent into a z to retain the ball ends of the strings.  I will exchange it for hardwood and expect a truer and warmer tone from the guitar.

I've taken a liking to the slotted head stock style too and it is not too difficult to craft once you've done one or two.  A sharp chisel helps a ton.

But your new git has a great tone. Sounds like a reso; what's the silver thingy beneath your hand? I love that headstock style. Nice job, Eric.
