Ya I can't beleive how inexpensive these are. It sure works for your rig. I've been collecting old pickups off ebay and have many to choose from for each new build. I love the old ones and have had great luck with the new Chinese knockoffs. They have all worked well. Now I'm getting a JUJU pickup. You can see it in his latest photos. It's the single string with Padauk surround.

thank,s dave i was just messing around with it.cheap pick up from china pre wired..going through a blue tube valve 

amp.would love to get a nice pick up some day but getting good results from these so far.

Wee soul (the dog, not you, Carlton LOL). Ma pals got a budgie that's deaf, tho how he can tell, ah don't know. Ah never thought that they had ears anyway. Least none that I can see. Well enough of budgies for now  (now THERE'S a phrase ah never thought ah'd say!! LOL). Nice playing. Canned Heat must miss ya, ma man. Still, fame not all its cracked up ta be ;)
