Your wife passed on??? Jesus Christ, man, I'm so sorry to hear that. There's not even anything I can say about that that sounds intelligent or meaningful. The best I've got is that I really hope you pull through okay and I sincerely hope that you two had a good, happy run together before she had to go.
Thanks, man. I appreciate that. You can't rush these things at all. As a guitar maker, so much is riding on your reputation that you just can't afford a bad review. Plus, you can make a guitar that's 99% perfect but if the player's fingers get hung up on one sharp fret or there's one part of that neck that just doesn't feel right, that's the only thing the player is going to notice. The relationship between the player and the guitar has got to be symbiotic; the player shouldn't be fighting the guitar to try to get the right sounds out of it. The guitar needs to be such that it "helps" the player to make his or her desired music.
I am not sure if the link I've left for you has worked or if you have seen it. Please let me know and i'll sort something if it's still not working for you.
i gots ta go to town brother but i,ll be back in a hour then i,ll get a little practice with the ontario guitar then do a short video. so in a few hours i should have a good sound sample of the ontario guitar with my first mag pup installation. thanks brother fer checkin out this cool guitar.
thanks brother fer the comment, cajun food is often associated with real hot and spicy flavor but that is not always the case for the traditional cajun dishes. too hot can hurt ya but just the right flavor can cure what might hurt ya. i,m glad to be from the cajun country, i learned many valuable things there. one of the things i learned is that its ok for a man to cook if he knows what he is doing.i cooked some gumbo in texas one time fer about 20 people and 90 percent of them went back for seconds, and every time i ever seen them again after that they said when you gonna cook some more gumbo.that in itself told me i did a good job,but my secret was i made file' gumbo, that is the best there is.
Sorry it took so long to get back to you... busy 2 weeks... anyway freight on the two boxes is still $ 22.80 (first class). If that works add $ 3 per and you have $ 28.80..... It seems like a lot on your end, so if you need to say "no" that's OK.... $ 3 per box minus paypal fees isn't exactly making a killing, but I'm glad to help out.
Yes i already have started thinking about the next one using the things i have learned so far. I will take some pics during next building session and make a little work log for you to see.
