I'm sure you've already spotted the advert on TV; but here's the whole song. Now, if we could just master this one...............

Thank you for your comments. I can certainly relate to your frustration. I have found the key is definitely theory. I know when I mention this word, many players get even more anxious. In my studies, I have found a way to demonstrate theory applied in a practical way. It is all about relativity. Most people keep focused on the differences, but as I tried to explain in my blog, there is actually more simularities. Currently, I feel the CBG tuned to a triad is the perfect instrument for learning theory and seeing it clearly. I guess is this is mainly due to the simplicity of only three strings. I will be posting the first lesson soon. My hope is that players appreciate what is possible if they take the time to learn it. I appreciate your feedback. Enjoy your practice.

Hi there. Frankly I am amazed at the sound. Since this is my first I can't claim that I knew what I was doing at all, but I am really enjoying playing it and think I was just very lucky that it plays so well. Love looking at the photos of your instruments. Fantastic work.
