Howdy Rob, Thank you for the info about your uke being the same as my idea...and the tips to prevent it from being to heavy. I cleared as much of the access as seemingly possible. This is my first attempt at this style, so far seems everything is going well. Thanks again!
You really think so Rob, Well thanks, is he any Good?just kidding I know he plays a heck of a six string, you got some nice git,s up on your wall of sound,i been doing olso some uke playing lately, and you sure got your Uke chords down, still dont know what tuning i prefur, open D,or open G, or standard tuning, what do you use? Greeetsszzzzz
Hi there Rob thanks for the nice comments, glad you like it, i see on your picture show you got Mr J.Winter there to sign one of your CBG thats pretty inpressif to me i grew up on lisning to his music, is the Man still whit us? greeetszzz A.D.
Rob,
Those are tin can microphones. Inside I have a piezo wired to an output jack. They work great as a harmonica mic or as a vocal mic if you want an old timey sound.
Sorry for the delayed response Rob, I have been in process of moving and we have been held up in a little rent house waiting for our new house to be ready (other other house sold faster than we thought it would,Lol) and we have had no internet connection for the past 5 week. Will most likely be another 5 weeks before my new shop is up and running. Haven't been able to build anything for the last 3 months and it's killing me. Thanks much for the kind words. Thanks Von M.
thx for the kind comment Rob, yeah been doin this string creating for a while now. I enjoy adding some unique details to all my builds. Makes a simple guit look better when there`s some " eye candy" on it.
I don't keep up with posting my stuff on the nation as much as I should. I created a network for builders and players of all types of homemade instruments, the Handmade Music Clubhouse. Lots of great people, photos, videos, groups, forums and even live chat.
