Free 18 inch scale fretting template

Hey everyone,  I took some time to create a printable 18 inch scale fretting template for my latest build.  The thought crossed my mind to share it with the nation.  No sense in keeping this for myself.   I made this template using the stewmac fret calculator, and my cad program, then I created a 1:1 scale pdf.  To print this you will need to select 'print actual size' and 'print as a poster' . unless of course you have a printer and paper to print longer sheets.Enjoy! See More

Searching Youtube for playing a strum stick and ran across Shane Speil's videos.
How many instruments have you built so far?

What do you find most interesting about cigar box guitars? (If you do not enter something meaningful here (at least one sentence long), your membership may be rejected as a spam/bot fake account).
I like that they are simple to build. I never thought I would ever have the opportunity or the skills to build a playable guitar. But, now that I have built a couple CBG, I have more confidence that I can build more and have all kinds of ideas. I can't wait to get into the forum and share what I have been doing and read what others have been doing.
