Thanks Bones. Thanks Uncle. In my log cabin days I read those books to my kids. They were 5 and 9. Ivy loved those books. I’ve always returned to cabin landscapes in my paintings on clay.

The texture comes from grog in the clay. Little bits of iron coming through the melting glaze in the kiln.
