Comment by Jeff 'Bones' Reilly on October 8, 2017 at 12:46pm: They look good after smashing so many glass ones ,tried Shane's and some brass ones not my sound ,bone drags a bit as uJ said ,I've got a stash if blue medical bottles to give a go cut lots if whine bottle slides which I rate second after Daves hand made slides .

Comment by Uncle John on October 8, 2017 at 12:09pm: They look good. The bone slides I have tried seem to drag or have more friction. I like my tapered brass followed by my Dave Lynas ceramic. Slides and picks - so many choices and preferences. Walt, from time to time, Dave sells some slides.
