ThX I am having fun with it. I plan on making more. Just salvaged a bunh of pallets yesterday for stock to work with.

ThX Ron, I think it has a nice sound. I was basically guessing on depth based on visuals. And I had stock already 3" and don't have a way to rip thiner, so went with 3". I am fine with it, so what you said makes sense when I think more on it. But also to me someof the ChickenBone Johns LPG's seem thinner too. But maybe thats because he's using a humbucker pickup. Mine even when not plugged in still resonates loudly. I can live with keeping them at 3".

Do you mean box depth is 3"? That's what it looks like. I find deeper is better for tone, within the limits of what is comfortable to hold. If you check a commercial acoustic git, they are generally about 3" deep at the neck joint, and taper to about 3-3/4" to 4" at the tail. That one looks about right. How does it sound?

ThX !!! I plan to make more. Currently the box wifth is 3" and I am thinking of making them at 2". But need to find someone that knows the pro or con for sound.
