First mag pup - Rat Rod git - still a work in progress

I had trouble with piezos on this and another hub cap git. I got two covered bass pups from Gitty and did the odd ball retro fit you see here. The jack comes out the bottom. This git never had much acoustic volume. But it is a very easy player - just chords and notes easy..... And now with this pup? Sounds fantastic plugged in. Big rat rod :)

Scott, a moon cap could work and look well, especially electric. This old cap is some kind of 'pot metal'. It bent in under string pressure. I had to bolster it underneath. Could be you will need to do the same.
