Second of three necks I'm making for solid body electric tenor guitars. Maple was a lucky find at local home improvement center, with a modest amount of figuring. Rosewood fretboard slotted to 22.875" scale. Dual action truss rod, and tuner holes set to accept a 4-on-plate mandolin tuner rig I had in drawer. Next is to rub on multiple coats of Tung or Danish oil (not decided on which yet), then frets & all that comes with that fun job.

I sent a friend request so we can discuss this in more detail.

@Scott...never been asked to make necks for other builders. But I would consider it. You would need to give plenty of details for what you need...scale length, number of frets, if it's for a cigar box, the dimensions of box, width at nut desired, tuning peg orientation, etc.

Do you make just the necks to sell? I'd love one for a project I'm starting!

Yes, I do not want to be greedy.

Thanks much. Uncle John, just a six pack?

Yah, sir.  Send me a six pack of those.

Anxious to see the finished gitties, Scott!  Really like the light/dark contrast!
