I really like the Canjo. It appears you used the bottom of the tin and inset a vineer? Did you brace the inside.Wood or metal? What would you do different? Are you happy with the way it sounds? Nice inlay job. I wish I could see the profile and back.Very nice work.
I have a 5 string banjo neck that I want to put into a tin. The neck has an adjustable rod to set the neck
deflection. I want to have a good action so its playable. The neck is poplar and oak. I left it long so it can be a neck thru. I made it at 25.5 inch scale plans from the net. I'm thinking I could use metal with rivits to brace the cookie tin. Nice job. Chuck
