I love these pickups, both the Micro Pup single coils and the Mini Box Buckers humbuckers. They are surface mounted, just need to drill screw holes and a hole for the wire, so are super easy to install, the MGB covers give a professional look (though you can make your own out of antique tins, etc) and they sound great to me. On top of that the price can't be beat at $9.50 for the 3k single coil, the humbuckers are $15 for the 2k and $16 for the 4k.
