Nice idea and nice job. I clean out behind the washer and driver every April so I'll be looking at mine soon. I'll be thinking about this build when I take mine off to clean it.

I had saved the heater for a couple years. debating if I should HOT wire it to a fan to auxiliary heat my work area in the basement OR make into a dobro-ish guitar... since I am more mechanically minded than electrical, and the wife would be mad if I burnt down the house... went with the guitar! Ha Then I kept it simple and CHEAP to not waste much time or good parts in case it ended up a bust. :)

Ha, Ray. I bet you kind of had second thoughts about putting time and parts into this - wondering if it would be worth it. It was.
