Boxes are $1 each here in NVA. I have about 80, and there is an unlimited supply in this area, just outside DC. Willing to help if they are hard to find elsewhere.

That one third from the left end, second row down: I just scored one of those last night.  Those are NICE!  No metal or hardware, all wood.  Almost too nice to use for a guit!
