"Thanks Jerry", like yours the Pan does not touch the Neck, was originally going to put a back on it and some Sound Holes in the top, and after a lot of previous attempts to capture "The Dobro Sound", this poor mans Dobro in its present form, comes as close to it as I think I can get, I may have finally hit on the right String combination???, the whole build cost the princely sum of $21.14 Australian Dollars ($15.62 US Dollars).

forgot to mention.,, I put a Gurka box lid on the back of mine, and put a piezo in the middle of that.,.i used plastic washers between the pan and the neck, so that the pan never touched the neck.,.,just loving this build of yours AGP.,.,

i built one of those.,,.sold for $31 on Ebay.,sounded great though.,.,poor mans Dobro.,,.excellent build.,.,.,!!
