Comment by Rowdy Berry on June 24, 2018 at 2:29am: I use a rasp at first, make flat angles to near the shape, then round the edges off with sandpaper (40 grit) around a scrap block. Then I hit it with 80, then 120. Not sure if its the best way, but this is working until I get better... i figure about build #10 I will have more things dialed in.
