#12 "SLAYER" headstock

The guitar needed something unique to go with the dragons, we settled on this pattern. Customer was not aware they were getting the eyes, added that as a bonus. They really liked it! WHY THE BRASS TACK - it's hiding some ugly looking glue joint I was unable to remove - cover it!!! FYI: for you newbies who may think us more experienced builders are infallible: while cutting the shape on the bandsaw, I cut through a pattern line on the first neck, tried to file it down so the sides were symmetrical but it looked bad. Had to REGLUE REBUILD up the headstock. Mistakes are always just around the corner.
