When the 3rd was dropped to a 2nd, I remembered that 9th notes can be redirected to a 2nd. That's what made me think of C9. It's hard to classify 3 and 4 string chords and all the minors, 9ths, 7ths and 4ths can be confusing. Hahaha
Thanks for clearing that up.
Thanks for posting that tuning Ol' Grey Bear, I 'll need to give that a try and the video was great.
A 151 or 155 tuning is a "power" or partial chord. To make a major triad would require adding a 3rd interval. Such as the discussed tuning, which is a 1513. Flatting the third by tuning down one semitone changes it from a Major triad to a minor triad.
The major ninth chord is played with the third and seventh both major. The formula is 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. This chord is written as Cmaj9.
The minor ninth chord is played with the third and seventh both flattened, or lowered a semitone. The formula is 1, ♭3, 5, ♭7, 9. This chord is written as Cm9.
Neither is technically possible on four strings.
Sorry to get so "technical", but the question required It IMO.
I was thinking C9.
It's an open C minor.
Technically speaking.
Not sure about a chord chart for it. I did find a pdf of loads of chord charts for loads of open tunings. If you Google Open C chords pdf it's the top result by William A Sethares. They're for six string guitars but I think you can ignore the two strings you don't have on a four string and play the rest as shown? Not 100% on that so don't quote me but I think I remember seeing it on a video once. I don't play chords yet and just concentrate on bar chords, finger picking and rythmn playing. Hope the search info helps. If I knew how to share the pdf with everyone I'd be glad to but I don't know how to share a link to a pdf from my tablet.
It does Mikey. Really made a huge difference.
Soooo sick! sounds great!

Found it. The above link explains it far better than I can.
Not sure what the tuning is called Wayfinder. It was a video by Neanderpaul in which he said he was tuned to Open C and tried to play a song but struggled with a chord but tuning from CGCE down to CGC# made things much easier. I'll see if I can find the video again and post a link.
No problem Bear. Last night I was talking with a friend who was saying that someone he knew had written some songs and put chords to it and the chords were all wrong. I told him to just get a diddley bow and he wouldn't have to worry about the chords. ;)>
