Go to a tent maker or sail maker for grommets. All sorts of sizes and materials available. Chrome, brass, gunmetal. Cheers John D

Go to the "big box " hardware stores ... or maybe even a very good local one and look for the sink and tub small parts section. Look for snap in sink or shower strainers.
Maybe even check out a plumbers supply if you have one.
In the elctrical dept. .... look for non-threaded box adapter fittings in the appropriate sizes. Gray PVC but paintable after you sand the numbers off the top.
You can also find a similar looking plumbing fitting .

Check out www.harpkit.com ..They have some nice rosettes that make great looking soundholes .. I'ved used them on a couple of my builds and they look great..
