Donations STILL Being Sought for Blues in the Schools Raffle at KC CBG Fest!

OK, Friends,

I got a FEW nice donations, so I'm grateful for them. But COME ON, we had more last year, and we wanna do the festival bigger and better this year, right?

I'm accepting CBGs and CBG-related items to raffle off during the 2012 Annual Kansas City Cigar Box Guitar Festival on August 26th. THE PROCEEDS, LIKE LAST YEAR, WILL GO TO BENEFIT KANSAS CITY BLUES IN THE SCHOOLS in which musical artists go into local and area schools and teach kids about the blues. It's a great program and the response from the children is always gratifying.

I've got a donation from the UK already and a few local contributions. Won't you help us support a worthy cause and contact me with a CBG or CBG-related item of your own? I'll tell you where to send it.

Kevin, I will bring at least one guitar for the raffle. Would you also like an assortment of cigar boxes? I can bring at least 6 nice boxes!
