I just wanted to say how much I'm loving this site and the whole cigar box guitar community.

I bought my first cbg just a month or so ago and have already embarked on my first build. I'm no guitarist but even I can put together a tune on my little 3-string! I already think I'll get every bit as much enjoyment from building as I will playing. I'm hooked!

One of the things I've appreciated most has been the advice and support I've received from total strangers across the globe who share my new-found passion for these things. In a world where unfortunately any sense of community seems sadly lacking, the camaraderie that's evident among this group is a huge breath of fresh air!

Thank you so much!!!

Breathe. ;-)

Couldn't agree more Glenn

I've got so much guidance from this site

it is pretty rare to find so many nice people in one forum. I had a friend who said it was like being an alien from space. You float around feeling all alone and then you find out there are others out there as different as you. When you find them you are already on the same team or in the same family for your differences. That is how I feel here.....matt

Haha - nice analogy Matt!

It is nice to be able to access so many kindred spirits all in the one environment

We have a good thing going on here. Glenn Kaiser recommended the site to me to get help with building, but it has been so much more. Everyone here is helpful, even with my dumb questions. I've made friends here who I can share problems with. Very grateful for the nation!

Me too Muddy

I've received so much help and advice from people through this site. I just finished my first build and am well into numbers 2 and 3. I'm not sure I'd have done it without this site.

Glad you are enjoying here. I just joined here recently too and quiet amazed and satisfied with you guys

Welcome. I agree, nicer bunch of folks would be hard to find!
