I get the same one option of adding the embedding code (is it an option if you only get one?). Having said that, Ning's video server is really really slow (to the point of inactive part of today), so if you can embed from YT it will probably load faster and play faster.

HI David, Upload the video your personal page here on the Nation first. Then when it is uploaded there is a button for you to get the embed code. Then you can paste that into a post.

Hi,

Thank you for the replies John and Dan.  If I load it to my page does it always appear on the video section? As sometimes it is in response to a specific question and not containing any artistic merit and because of this I would prefer to post it without it pushing out someone else's more worthy contributions.

they have a new code now, it works better
